This unique condominium in the heart of the West Village
was developed by Julian Schnabel, a towering figure in
the art world, who crafted a condominium unlike any that
have come before it, but had been struggling to find a
footing in the market. St. André determined that such an
iconic property required an equally distinctive experience
to showcase its best qualities—design characteristics
and nuances not typical in any other new construction
properties. A short film shot in black-&-white and set to
Italian opera captured the romantic spirit of the building,
setting an aspirational tone for the art-lover’s life and leading to the successful sell-out of the building.
